The large in wall plate and cup warmer accommodates plenty of cups for entertaining and has adjustable temperature control so the cups are the perfect temperature for keeping your beverages hot and the cups comfortable to hold. The plate and cup warmer is the easiest way to preheat your cups for use with your Miele Coffee System. Preheated cups are important for keeping your espresso hot once it is brewed. Baristas know that a cool cup can quickly draw the heat from a freshly brewed espresso, adversely affecting the flavor of this alluring beverage that should be served fresh and hot. Of course it does double duty as a plate warmer too! The unique convection-based, forced-air heating system, developed by Miele, evenly and quickly circulates heat throughout the drawer cavity. An infinite temperature selection of up to 160°F can heat 12 dinner plates in less than 30 minutes.

Features Include:

• The open side design allows easy access to the warming area without contact with potentially hot metal areas. Large stacks of plates can also be more conveniently removed.
• A special rubber anti-slip insert covers the floor of the drawer to keep items in place and to cushion the surgical grade stainless steel bottom construction
• The full extension slides allow complete access to even the smallest items in the rear of the drawer and have been engineered to have the strength to carry over 50 pounds.
• An indicator light, clearly visible when the drawer is closed, alerts you to the power status of the drawer.
• The pull out tray is easily removed with two turn screws for release. Clean up is simple with just soap and water.
