Improving on the Legendary Solis Maestro coffee grinder is a touch task. But Solis managed with the new Maestro Plus.



A sculpted metal base and the monochromatic enclosure give this new grinder a bold, distinctive look. The new base and additional improvements contribute to more than a doubling of the weight over the Maestro to 7.5 lbs. The additional weight give the Maestro Plus a rock-solid feel with increased stability, important when using the front mounted micro-switch for grinding directly into a portafilter - now a one hand operation. The Maestro Plus is designed and assembled in the USA, and has many new features suggested by some of America's most respected coffee experts.



The Maestro Plus is built with conical burrs that can produce the perfect grind for any style of coffee from Turkish to French Press. The range of grind is 30% greater than the original Maestro; this increase is on the coarsest settings making it easier to get the perfect grind for Drip and French Press. The number of grind setting has been increased by over 100% to 40 steps, providing more grind adjustments. New graphics on the timer switch and the grind adjustment make this grinder easy to use.
