The Palazzo is the latest Super Automatic espresso machine and coffee center from Solis. With little precious counter space, the Solis Palazzo coffee center produces coffee house quality beverages at the touch of a button. Performing all functions, the Palazzo grinds, doses, tamps and brews one cup at a time so your coffee is always fresh. The Palazzo offers the simplicity, reliability, and gourmet quality espresso, cappuccino, latte and Americano (crema) coffee in a full featured compact and stylish design. Many new features are available on the Palazzo that were not available on earlier models.

Like the Master 5000, the Palazzo grinds whole beans and extracts perfect espresso and coffee at the touch of a button. The Palazzo offers steam on demand (double boiler type system), allowing for easy production of lattes and cappuccinos in just seconds. Coffee can also be prepared immediately after steaming is completed. The quick and easy production of espresso drinks, makes the Palazzo perfect for home or office. An innovative coffee dispensing spout moves back allowing the coffee to dispense from above, accommodating taller travel tumblers and mugs that many other superautomatics just can't. This innovative design makes the Palazzo a machine that is easily incorporated into the daily routine. Fill the travel mug in the morning with an Americano (crema coffee) and enjoy espresso or cappuccino in the evening. The pressure brewing for coffee produces a rich full flavored cup with thick crema.

The Compact size makes this machine easy to fit into limited space. It is only eleven inches wide and fits under most overhead cabinets (only 14.4” high.)

The built-in by-pass chute makes the Palazzo versatile. Any type of ground coffee can be used, bypassing the built in grinder, to make special coffee for special tastes. You can now enjoy regular during the day and decaf at night.
